Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge Limited invites applications for The Stables Brasserie & Bar Manager. Lead a team in a five-star setting, balancing guest service with strong commercial performance. You will mentor supervisors, coordinate with the kitchen, and grow the business through guest relationships.

Ideally you have two years’ management experience, service leadership, and good IT and beverage knowledge. The role offers competitive salary and employee benefits in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a comparable management role.
• Luxury hotel or upscale restaurant experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, coaching and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead service on the floor, welcoming guests and supporting the team.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments on reservations, timing, dietary requirements and events.
• Plan rosters, monitor revenue and labour costs, and control purchasing and stock.
• Maintain standards: billing, cash handling, food safety and responsible alcohol service.
• Grow the business by building guest relationships and responding to feedback.
