Job summary

Chupi, a luxury Irish jewellery brand, is seeking a Shipping & Customer Care Associate to join its Dublin team. You will combine customer care, order fulfilment, quality control and inventory management to deliver a premium experience from enquiry to delivery.

You will work with Customer Care, Production and Store teams to ensure accuracy, timely shipping and exceptional service across channels, while maintaining stock and order information for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail or ecommerce experience is preferred.
• Jewellery knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills with CRM exposure.
• Experience with Shopify and inventory systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Suite is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional luxury customer experience across all channels.
• Resolve chat and email inquiries within agreed timeframes with empathy.
• Stay updated on products and company knowledge to assist customers.
• Help achieve individual and team KPIs and contribute to strategic goals.
• Quality control orders to ensure accurate delivery preparation.
• Accurately pick, pack and ship orders in-store and online.
• Maintain order administration and stock level communication across teams.
• Manage returns from start to finish with Store, CX and Production teams.
• Assist with packaging supplies and monthly stock counts.
• Collaborate with Production and Store teams to support customer journey.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects.
