• Smash weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets while maintaining an authentic, engaging approach.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations that showcase value and benefits to customers.
• Engage with customers through web chat, Zoom, email and other inbound channels.
• Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional experience from enquiry to purchase.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and complete order forms for processing.
• Attend events and brand activities to engage with customers and support sales.
