Antella Travel Recruitment in Ireland is seeking an experienced Product Executive/Manager to develop and manage a luxury inbound travel portfolio across FIT and Group travel. You will source, contract and manage hotels, attractions and other services, building strong supplier relationships and driving portfolio growth.

• Experience in product, contracting, purchasing or supplier management within travel or tourism.
• Strong knowledge of Ground Service in Ireland: Transfers, Excursions, Guides and Restaurants.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and contract hotels, attractions, experiences and other travel services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and destination partners.
• Identify and develop new products and opportunities to strengthen the portfolio.
• Manage existing products to remain competitive and commercially viable.
• Monitor product performance, promotions and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate product loading and ensure information, pricing and availability are up to date.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve product and supplier queries.
• Stay updated on tourism trends and attend supplier meetings and trade shows as needed.
• Occasionally travel for FAM trips and supplier engagements.

Are you passionate about travel, product development and creating experiences that visitors remember?

We are recruiting an experienced Product Executive / Manager to join a growing luxury inbound operator and play a key role in developing and managing its Ireland product portfolio across both FIT and Group travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and contract hotels, attractions, experiences and other travel services, securing competitive commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and destination partners.
• Identify and develop new products, experiences and opportunities to strengthen the portfolio.
• Manage existing products, ensuring they remain competitive, commercially viable and aligned with market and client requirements.
• Monitor product performance, promotions, packages and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate product loading and ensure all information, pricing and availability is accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with Operations and internal teams to resolve product and supplier-related queries.
• Keep up to date with tourism trends, new experiences and destination developments.
• Attend supplier meetings, trade shows and FAM trips, with some travel required.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in product, contracting, purchasing or supplier management within travel or tourism.
• Strong knowledge of Ground Service in Ireland : Transfers, Excursion, Guides and Resturants
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable representing the business at trade events, supplier meetings and FAM trips.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Full UK or European driving licence.
• Must have the right to work in the country where the role is based.
