Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately, communicating clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Be familiar with all menu items and products available.
• Offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions on all menu items.
• Ensure tables are cleaned, set up to the highest standards, and maintained throughout service.
• Engage with guests and provide attentive service to create memorable experiences.
• Maintain all food service areas to the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards.
