The Lodge at Ashford Castle is seeking a dedicated Reception Manager to lead the Front Office team in our luxury hotel on the Ashford Castle estate. You will oversee check-in/check-out, guest accounts and the daily operations with a focus on personalised service.

This full-time role offers award-winning training, shift work 5 days on 2 off, and strong career development within The Lodge and The Red Carnation Hotel Collection.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Senior Supervisor in a hotel or similar setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
