Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking a Team Leader for Parfums Christian Dior to inspire a luxury sales team and deliver personalised service. You will drive sales by achieving targets and elevating the brand experience across fragrance, makeup and skincare.

You will coach teammates, pro-actively link-sell, and ensure counter presentation aligns with Dior brand standards while delivering exceptional client relationships.

Qualifications

• To be an expert on fragrance, makeup and skincare to deliver set sales targets.
• Provide advice and guidance for other team members to develop product knowledge and confidence.
• Pro-actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
• Be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, both personally and for the team.
• Link-sell across product divisions to increase ATV and ATU.
• Be an expert on Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalised items to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to excel in client service.
• Support the Account/Business Manager in running the counter in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure counter is merchandised and presented to brand expectations at all times.
• Develop the team through regular coaching and feedback.
