You will drive sales to meet store targets, build lasting relationships with shoppers, maintain product knowledge, and uphold brand standards and grooming guidelines while delivering an engaging, memorable in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Candidate should meet sales targets while offering personalized customer service and building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve personal retail targets and KPIs.
• Support account managers to achieve account targets.
• Monitor brand mix in line with company goals.
• Identify opportunities in-store to drive brand visibility and sales.
• Engage customers to demonstrate fragrances and build rapport.
• Implement promotions in alignment with marketing communications.
• Represent the brands with impeccable grooming and customer care.
• Deliver a complete customer journey and foster brand loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of fragrance and beauty products and stock procedures.
