Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a five-star hotel or luxury setting.
• Strong breakfast and lounge service experience.
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine and beverages.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, train and develop a team.
• Attention to detail and luxury service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Calm, organised, professional in busy service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team throughout service.
• Ensure warm, professional guest experience across all areas.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct team briefings and prep for service and events.
• Support training, induction and ongoing development of team members.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Manage stock, par stocks and weekly stocktakes.
• Maintain crockery, glassware and equipment.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
• Support F&B sales and department targets.
• Ensure health, safety, fire, food hygiene compliance.
• Occasionally cover operation in absence of managers.
