Christian Louboutin boutique in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales and lead a high-performing Sales team. You will coach, train and develop staff, manage client relationships, and ensure exceptional service across all categories.

Responsibilities include stock control, weekly reporting, merchandising, rota planning and CRM initiatives, while acting as a strong ambassador for the brand and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Substantial, proven experience in a luxury retail or service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel and adaptable to other IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.

Responsabilités

• Train and coach the boutique team in line with Company expectations.
• Manage client network and drive CRM within the boutique.
• Oversee stock deliveries, inventories, and merchandising to meet demand.
• Provide timely, accurate weekly trade reports and HR compliance.
• Handle complaints and special requests with confident decision-making.
• Lead rota planning and forward business planning with the Boutique Manager.
