Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium beauty retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury service by coaching the team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe ambassador with brand standards and personalised service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling to drive sales across brands.
• Lead events, promotions, and brand activations to grow store performance.
• Support store manager in recruitment, onboarding, training and performance feedback.
• Maintain counter standards and brand VM guidelines; ensure hygiene and organisation.
