Responsibilities

Lead and coach the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Drive CRM, clienteling, appointments and repeat business.
Develop strong relationships with VIP/UHN and high-value clients.
Monitor KPIs and use data to maximise opportunities.
Coach the team on clienteling, selling techniques and client experience.
Support recruitment, training and ongoing team development.
Maintain exceptional standards across client experience, presentation and store operations.
Support VIP appointments, events and wider commercial initiatives.
Act as a senior point of contact in the Store Manager's absence.
