Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in front desk, reception, or reservations role.
• Experience in luxury hotel, spa, or premium hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; warm telephone manner.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide tours of facilities while ensuring they feel cared for.
• Handle all booking requests via phone, email, and online; schedule appointments efficiently.
• Manage front desk queue, process payments, issue robes/lockers, and handle billing inquiries.
