Job summary

The Merrion Spa and Health Club is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. You will provide a range of spa treatments, maintain a pristine environment, and uphold high standards of customer service for our guests.

The role supports ongoing training and professional development with our renowned brand partners. Greet clients, conduct consultations, perform massages, facials, body wraps, manicures and pedicures, while maintaining records and promoting treatments and products.

Qualifications

Internationally recognised certification or license in beauty therapy, massage therapy, aesthetics, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a luxury spa setting.
Strong knowledge of spa treatments and techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Greet clients with a warm welcome and provide a 5 star spa experience.
Conduct consultations to determine client needs and preferences.
Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures and other services.
Maintain detailed records of client treatments and preferences.
