Job summary

The Merrion Hotel in Dublin is seeking a full-time Spa Attendant to join our luxury spa team. You will ensure exceptional guest service and keep the spa, treatment rooms, and communal areas clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding tours, assisting with check‑in/check‑out for appointments, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. 32 hours per week with shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or cleaning role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide a 5 star greeting and welcome to spa guests
• Give a tour of the facility to guests
• Assist guests with checking in and out for appointments
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the spa, including locker rooms and treatment areas
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies
• Set up treatment rooms and assist spa staff as needed
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour with guests and colleagues
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
