The Spa Attendant is an exciting role that aims to ensure all our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable time while experiencing high our luxurious treatments.

Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa is a luxury 5-star hotel with a spectacular location overlooking the world famous Lakes of Killarney and the magnificent MacGillycuddy's Reeks mountain range. Our resort comprises 74 elegant bedrooms and suites offering breath‑taking views of the hotel gardens, the rolling Kerry countryside or the magical lakes and mountains.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests to the Spa in a friendly and professional manner
• Opening and set up of Spa and Thermal areas
• Take responsibility for appearance, ambiance and cleanliness of the Spa maintaining our already set up standards
• Ensure all designated areas are cleaned and set up as per standard
• Carry out regular hygiene, health & safety, and facility checks
• Complete daily, weekly and quarterly cleaning checklists as assigned
• Clean guest restrooms and stock with supplies
• Support therapists and spa reception with daily operational requirements
• Ensure guest comfort and report any maintenance or operational issues promptly
• Adhere to all hotel, spa, health & safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in a five‑star property
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
