Browns Brasserie, located in Brown Thomas Cork, is seeking passionate servers for part-time shifts (09:30–17:30, Mon–Fri). Immediate start with full training provided. Earn competitive hourly pay and enjoy staff discounts, meals, and opportunities for career growth in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant environment is a plus, but not required — full training will be provided.

• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing tables efficiently.
• Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and elegant environment.
• Helping guests feel welcome and well cared for throughout their visit.
• Working closely with the team to maintain high standards and service flow.
• Assisting with side duties, cleaning, and opening/closing tasks.
