Job summary

Browns Brasserie is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Dublin (Brown Thomas, Dundrum Town Center) to lead daily service and crew. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week with a starting salary of €37,000 per annum, negotiable by experience, and flexible 30–35 hour hourly options.

Role is daytime with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position includes career progression, benefits, and a supportive management team in a city-centre setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide warm, friendly and efficient service.
• Command a busy restaurant operation and be hands-on.
• Passionate about operations and on-the-floor work.
• Standards-driven with detail orientation.
• Capable of training sessions and assessments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Maintain high levels of customer service with continuous improvement.
• Create department schedules based on forecasts.
• Order and maintain stock levels; conduct inventory.
• Confident in training and developing the restaurant team.
• Ensure front-of-house and management communication; cross-department relations.
• Attention to detail and persistence.
• Excellent product knowledge; passion for food and beverages.
• Comfortable with cloud systems and MS Word/Excel.
• Read and post updates on social media for the restaurant.
• Read and understand financial documents.
