Browns Brasserie, located inside Brown Thomas in Cork, is seeking passionate servers to join our luxury dining team. Immediate start, part-time shifts 09:30–17:30, Monday to Friday, with training provided for all levels of experience.

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing tables
• Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and elegant environment
• Helping guests feel welcome and well cared for throughout their visit
• Working closely with the team to maintain high standards and service flow
• Assisting with side duties, cleaning, and opening/closing tasks
