Job summary

Browns Brasserie, located within Brown Thomas department store in Limerick, is seeking a friendly Server to join The SpitJack team. Start date is flexible, with 15-25 hours per week and opportunities for full-time hours depending on need.

Salary ranges from €14.15 to €15.15 per hour, based on experience. Training is provided, and staff benefits include paid holidays and staff discounts in-store. If you’re passionate about hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant is a plus, but training provided.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure during service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanour.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, manage tables efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, elegant setting.
• Ensure guests feel well cared for and enjoy a memorable dining experience.
• Work with a collaborative team to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with side duties, cleaning, and opening/closing tasks.
