Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy, part of PHX Ireland, is seeking an experienced Online Store Manager to lead our online store operations, stock control and fulfilment. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Trading, Ecommerce, Logistics, Finance and Store Operations to ensure availability and strong service.

The role requires proven online store management experience, capability to lead teams, and a focus on stock KPIs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in online store management, fulfilment, logistics or stock control.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and make commercially sound decisions.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
• Experience with Click & Collect, ship-from-store or online fulfilment models.
• Knowledge of Lean, Operational Excellence, or demand planning best practices.
• People leadership or indirect team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Online Assistant Manager and Online Colleagues.
• Partner with Commercial, Trading, Ecommerce, Logistics, Finance and Store Operations to align stock availability, fulfilment priorities and service performance.
• Manage end-to-end stock flow from multiple suppliers through the online store to customers.
• Oversee supply planning for the online store to support online orders and Click & Collect demand.
• Coordinate with multiple suppliers to manage lead times, order quantities, delivery schedules, and supply risks.
• Define and track stock KPIs, including availability, forecast accuracy, service levels and aged inventory.
