Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy is seeking an Online Store Manager for our Ballymun warehouse. You will oversee nationwide online orders and Click & Collect fulfilment, leading the Online Assistant Manager and colleagues to ensure on-time delivery and excellent service.

Experience with online fulfilment models, fast-paced decision making, and knowledge of Lean or operational excellence are required. You will manage stock levels and ensure accurate order accuracy across channels.

• Experience with Click & Collect, ship-from-store or online fulfilment models.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and make commercially sound decisions.
• Knowledge of Lean, Operational Excellence, or demand planning best practices.
• People leadership or indirect team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting nationwide online orders and Click & Collect fulfilment across 111+ retail stores through courier partners.
• Lead, coach and develop the Online Assistant Manager and Online Colleagues.
• Support on-time delivery and excellent customer service.
• Take ownership of maintaining accurate stock levels and keeping products organised and readily available.
• Ensuring customers receive the correct orders, with careful checking of products, quantities and orders.

We are looking for a Online Store Manager to join the team in our warehouse in Ballymun.

This role is within our McCabes online store, where you will be fulfilling customers online orders for delivery or Click and Collect.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting nationwide online orders and Click & Collect fulfilment across 111+ retail stores through courier partners
