Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING in Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts, allocate manpower, and ensure optimal workflow against KPIs and SLAs.

You will act as the main escalation point for operational issues, oversee goods receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stock checks, and safety practices, and train new staff on SOPs and WMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Allocate manpower and tasks to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
• Monitor daily operational performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Act as the main escalation point for operational issues during the shift.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of: Goods receiving and put away; Picking, packing, and staging; Dispatch and loading activities
• Support cycle counts, stock takes, and discrepancy investigations in coordination with Inventory Officers.
• Prevent stock loss, misplacement, and transaction errors through proper controls.
• Verify documentation accuracy (GRN, ASN, DO, pick lists).
• Plan and manage shift manpower to meet workload and peak requirements.
• Train new and existing team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and safety practices.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance on the warehouse floor.
• Ensure availability and proper use of warehouse equipment (RF scanners, MHE,printers).
