Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative to perform receiving, inspection, labeling, put away, picking, packing and dispatch according to SOPs.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy, operate basic warehouse equipment, and support peak periods while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure correct handling of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks as required.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if licensed).
• Follow all workplace safety, health, and security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas.
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements, and urgent tasks when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
