Job summary

LINKTRIX CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, storage, picking and delivery activities in a structured, compliant environment.

You will manage stock integrity, coordinate with procurement and logistics partners, and lead a small team on the warehouse floor, ensuring accurate ERP transactions and adherence to safety standards including ISO 45001. The role requires a diploma in supply chain, three years of warehouse experience, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing.
• At least 3 years in warehouse or supply chain with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Experience using ERP or inventory-management systems; AutoCount experience would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, inspection, labeling, put-away, picking and issuing.
• Ensure stock movements are recorded in ERP and checked against delivery orders.
• Maintain proper bin locations and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, customers and transport providers.
• Monitor space utilisation and suggest storage improvements.
• Coordinate with Procurement on replenishment and purchase-order status.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries and outstanding items.
• Ensure safety, 5S and ISO 45001 compliance and training.
