Job summary

S PARCEL LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Logistics Operations Executive to support daily logistics operations, fleet coordination and delivery activities in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on involvement with vehicles and equipment. You will plan vehicle deployment, monitor fleet condition and coordinate with workshops and service providers. A careful, proactive approach to safety and maintenance is essential, with a willingness to perform minor repairs and tyre/battery changes

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, fleet management or transport operations.
• Practical knowledge in changing tyres, batteries and minor vehicle repairs.
• Comfortable with hands-on and physical work.
• Class 4 driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Plan and manage vehicle deployment, schedules and operational requirements.
• Monitor fleet condition and ensure vehicles are maintained correctly.
• Conduct basic checks on vehicles and identify maintenance issues.
• Liaise with workshops, suppliers and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with changing tyres, batteries and minor vehicle repairs when required.
• Perform inspections and operational checks of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, repairs and operations.
• Assist with loading/unloading and other duties as needed.
• Ensure logistics activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands‑on Logistics Operations Executive to support our daily logistics operations, fleet coordination and delivery activities.

The successful candidate will be required to coordinate logistics operations while also being comfortable with physical and hands‑on work involving vehicles, equipment and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Plan and manage vehicle deployment, schedules and operational requirements.
• Monitor fleet condition and ensure vehicles are maintained in good working condition.
• Conduct basic checks on vehicles and identify maintenance issues.
• Liaise with workshops, suppliers and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with changing fleet tyres, vehicle batteries and carrying out other minor vehicle repairs when required.
• Perform physical inspections and operational checks of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle maintenance, repairs and operational activities.
• Assist with loading/unloading and other operational duties when required.
• Ensure all logistics activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties related to logistics and fleet operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in logistics, fleet management, transport operations or a related field.
• Must have practical knowledge and experience in changing vehicle tyres, batteries and carrying out other minor vehicle repairs.
• Comfortable with hands‑on and physical work.
• Physical interaction with vehicles, equipment and operational activities is required.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and respond to operational issues promptly.
• Possess a responsible attitude towards vehicle safety and maintenance.
• Class 4 driving licence will be an advantage.
