Job summary

Rhenus SE & Co. is seeking a customer service-oriented logistics assistant in Ireland. You will manage customer relationships, handle inquiries and coordinate order fulfilment from receipt to shipping, ensuring adherence to SOPs.

You will also support inventory management and data-driven logistics activities in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and initiative, with strong communication and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service related role desirable.
• Knowledge of logistics industry preferred.
• Computer-competent with working knowledge of logistics software/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with inbound/outbound calls, emails and chats with professionalism.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment from receipt to shipping and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Support inventory management with stock transfers, cycle counts, and data accuracy.
• Assist logistics department operations and provide data for analysis and invoicing.
• Perform data entry, correction, and review to maintain system integrity.
