Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Warehouse Customer Administrator to join our client’s Leixlip site in Co. Kildare.

You will manage warehouse administration, customer communications and ERP data, ensuring accuracy in stock, orders and reporting. You will be the primary contact for customers, collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams, generate reports, input data into SAP or similar ERP systems, and support continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in customer service, warehouse administration, logistics or supply chain support.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/WMS system is highly desirable.
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide a high standard of customer service, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, procurement and internal operations teams.
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Accurately input, update and manage information across ERP systems, including SAP or similar platforms.
• Generate and distribute regular customer and internal reports.
• Support warehouse administration including stock control, goods in/goods out and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and customer operations.
