The Montenotte in Cork city seeks a Lobby Host to welcome guests, assist with luggage, arrange transportation and curate unforgettable moments that showcase Cork’s spirit.

You will share local recommendations, coordinate tours, and collaborate with the Concierge and Guest Relations teams. A friendly demeanor, excellent communication, and a full driving license are required; additional languages are a plus for our international guest mix.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence is required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Warm, engaging personality with guest-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and assisting with luggage and deliveries.
• Perform basic administrative duties and run errands for guests.
• Arrange transportation and excursions on guest request.
• Provide information and recommendations on local features and attractions.
• Coordinate tours and dinner/event reservations for guests.
• Support concierge and guest relations during lower demand periods.
