Job summary

Woodie's is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives across the business. You will manage learning programmes, coordinate training events, create engaging content, administer the LMS, and partner with stakeholders to upskill employees for an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires a proactive, highly organised professional with strong relationship-building skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Learning & Development or similar role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience planning and coordinating events.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Learning content development experience, including digital resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programmes across stores and support office.
• Schedule training sessions, onboarding and leadership development initiatives.
• Administer LMS, track completion and compliance.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on learning metrics.
• Support budget tracking and vendor management for training.
• Create engaging learning content and resources for various formats.
• Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Regional Managers and leaders.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
