Job summary

Woodie's is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR Team across Ireland. The role focuses on coordinating the annual L&D calendar, liaising with store and office colleagues, and working with external training vendors to deliver learning programmes.

The ideal candidate balances multiple priorities, is authentic and collaborative, and has experience in event or project management to enhance onboarding and compliance training.

Qualifications

• Authentic and collaborative by nature.

• Experience coordinating learning initiatives across stores and offices.
• Experience liaising with external training vendors.
• Event Management or Project Management experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the annual Learning & Development calendar across the business.
• Act as central point of contact for learning activity and ensure clear communication and engagement with priorities.
• Coordinate end-to-end administration and logistics of learning activities (booking, venues, resources, inductions, events, communications).
• Lead administration, reporting and monitoring of compliance training to keep colleagues up to date with health & safety and policy learning.
• Produce and analyse learning data and onboarding metrics, generating regular reports and insights.
• Support management and development of learning systems and digital platforms.
• Support onboarding programme development to create engaging colleague experiences.
• Drive excellence in L&D operations ensuring data accuracy and high-quality learning.
