Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proven track record with subcontractors and clients.
• Good budget control and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and forecast project cash flow.
• Prepare monthly valuations and cost reports, variations, and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contract schedules and provide weekly progress reports.
• Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Support cost monitoring and attend monthly cost reporting meetings.
