Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd. in Ireland is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well‑established residential contractor on a permanent basis, initially on a large 140‑unit project in Limerick. Salary is €65,000–€75,000 plus package.

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Duration: Permanent. The role involves delivering the commercial management of the project, reporting on performance, and managing subcontract packages.

Qualifications

• Relevant Third level Degree is required.
• 5+ years’ experience preferably with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Residential project experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective delivery of all the commercial requirements of the project.
• Provide accurate reporting of the commercial performance of the project.
• Manage preparation and evaluation of subcontract packages and assist in interim/final valuations.
• Assist the Senior Contract Surveyor to coach and motivate surveyors on the project.
