Job summary

Rexel/Kellihers Electrical in Ireland is seeking a Lighting Sales Specialist for our Ballymount branch. You will design lighting solutions and drive sales growth by combining technical design, project management, and strong customer relationships.

Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and end users to deliver on-time projects, prepare proposals, and support tender submissions while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert lighting design and technical support to customers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare lighting designs and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Develop detailed quotations, proposals, and presentations for customers and project stakeholders.
• Compile ROI and energy-efficiency calculations to demonstrate value of lighting solutions.
• Identify, develop and manage opportunities with new and existing customers across sectors.
• Monitor construction activity and project pipelines, supporting sales in converting leads.
• Manage lighting projects from enquiry through to completion, meeting timelines and objectives.
• Prepare and support tender submissions, specifications and project documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, facility managers and end users.
• Ensure customers receive high level of service and responsive support.
• Support marketing initiatives including promotions and campaigns.
