Job summary

ABEC Inc. is expanding its Project Management team to lead diverse, high-impact engineering projects from kick-off through final customer acceptance.

You will oversee execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as primary customer contact to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. We value 7-10 years of engineering experience with 5+ years in project management, plus proficiency in MS Project and reading AutoCAD/P&ID drawings.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years engineering experience with 5+ years in project management.
• Experience managing industrial, process, or manufacturing equipment projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and interpreting AutoCAD, P&ID drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering projects from start to finish.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and change control.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations teams.
• Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the project life cycle.
• Review technical specifications, P&IDs, and project requirements.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
