Job summary

ABEC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to drive electrical design, development and installation of electrical systems for bioprocess equipment. You will lead projects, define scopes, prepare schematics and BOMs, and support commissioning and customer training.

The role requires hands-on experience with 400/480 VAC systems, PLC control circuits and familiarity with North American and EU standards. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Level 8).
• Experience with 400/480 VAC and PLC control circuits.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70, UL508A and EU directives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects and interface with customers; travel as needed.
• Define scope of electrical/instrumentation work and develop specs.
• Create electrical designs, schematics, and BOMs; support hardware documentation.
• Provide training and technical support to customers, sales and field service.
• Support commissioning, start-up and quality testing as required.
