Job summary

Sisk Group in Limerick is seeking a Project Manager to lead Life Science sector projects from pre-construction through to completion on site. You will manage works packages including structural steel, external envelope and internal fit-out, reporting to the Project Director and ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management within a Tier 1 construction or engineering environment.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements and industry regulations.
• Experience delivering life sciences, data centres, infrastructure or commercial projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure procurement processes are followed and subcontractor performance is managed.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings and maintain clear communications.
