Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Project Manager to join its Life Science team in Kildare. You will report to the Project Director and drive the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects on time, within budget and to spec.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
