Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Project Manager to join its Life Science team in Tralee, Ireland. You will lead works packages including structural steel, external envelope and internal fit-out, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

You will provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of EHS regulations.
• Commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge.
• Experience coordinating BCAR and ITP/ITR processes.
• Familiar with lean construction and digital delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design and construction.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure resources are allocated and milestones are achieved.
• Maintain reporting on progress, costs, quality and KPIs.
• Promote health, safety and environmental performance across activities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and project cash flow.
• Support tendering and contract administration.
• Lead meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
