Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Program & Project Management Specialist in Ireland to lead end-to-end delivery for client projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets and quality are met. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and maintain governance and stakeholder communications.

You will mentor teammates, drive improvement, and collaborate with clients to deliver value at speed, leveraging your English proficiency and LifeScience domain experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in client-facing environments.
• 1+ year of people management or team leadership experience.
• LifeScience experience
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), written and spoken.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of project planning, governance, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and support the resolution of project roadblocks.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation when needed.
• Manage change requests, project status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Support budget tracking, cost estimation, and project financial management activities.
• Maintain project governance, documentation, and quality assurance standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and project performance.
• Mentor team members and promote collaboration across teams.
