Methodius Ltd. seeks an Operations Team Lead to mentor a team of Operations Specialists in a regulated Life & Pensions environment. The role blends people management, performance oversight and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.

You will develop subject-matter expertise on Life & Pensions products and processes while working with stakeholders across the business. Based in Ireland, onsite with relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Lead and coach a team within financial services or Life & Pensions environments.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and performance-management skills.
• Experience with QA reviews, audits or operational controls.
• Regulatory awareness including Consumer Protection Code.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Manage workloads and resource allocation to meet service objectives.
• Support onboarding, training and knowledge development.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the team.
