Howden Ireland is seeking an Administration Executive for Life & Pensions to support end-to-end administration for group and individual pensions, life assurance, and related investments. Based in Enniscorthy, you will work with a small team and report to the Operations Manager.

You will manage client queries, ensure compliance, data quality in CRM, and assist advisors with financial planning and monthly reporting within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of admin experience in Life & Pensions.
• Experience with Group Pension, PRSA and Risk scheme administration.
• Familiarity with Life & Pension broking platforms, provider systems and portals.
• Excellent communications and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Provide Administration and Sales Support to the business unit, including documentation prep and client queries.
• Support advisors with pension, investment, and life assurance analyses and planning.
• Oversee group schemes: DC, PRSA, Group & Retail schemes, renewals and invoicing.
• Liaise with product providers for new business and client queries.
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry.
