Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services UK&I is seeking motivated customer service professionals for the Life & Pensions operation in Ireland. You will become a trusted contact, handling customer queries, servicing policies and processing transactions while developing deep product knowledge.

Join a collaborative team, navigate multiple systems, and contribute to seamless customer journeys. The role involves 8-hour shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment and ability to apply product and systems knowledge across queries.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word and ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Willingness to undergo compliance training and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted expert in Life & Pensions products, services and processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across phone, email and digital channels.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution for customer requests.
• Investigate queries, identify solutions and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Support policy servicing, account maintenance and administrative requests.
• Build strong relationships by providing clear guidance and product knowledge.
