Job summary

Methodius Ltd seeks an experienced Complaints & Remediation Specialist in Ireland to investigate customer complaints and operational incidents within Life & Pensions. You will identify root causes, develop effective resolutions and drive improvements across the business.

You will work with multiple teams, review policy information, and ensure compliant, fair remediation while supporting governance and reporting. Hybrid work in Letterkenny is offered.
