Howden Ireland, based in Enniscorthy, seeks an Administration Executive to support the Life & Pensions unit. You will handle end-to-end administration for group and individual pensions, life assurance, investments and related products, ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.

You will work in a small team, report to the Operations Manager, and contribute to ongoing process improvements while servicing existing clients and handling new business submissions.

• Provide Administration and Sales Support to the business unit, including documentation prep and client communications.
• Support advisors with financial reports and analyses on pension, investments and life assurance products.
• Manage group scheme administration including renewals, invoicing, and member engagement.
• Maintain CRM and internal platforms with high data accuracy and assist with improvement of workflows.
