Monaghan Property Sales seeks a motivated Lettings & Property Management Agent to join our growing team in Monaghan. The role covers residential lettings and property management with training provided.

The initial contract is 6 months, with a strong possibility of full-time permanent employment for the right candidate. A positive attitude, strong communication, and good IT skills are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in property, lettings, property management, administration or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Full training and support will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day management of residential lettings portfolio.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and team members.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with approved contractors.
• Book and carry out property viewings.
• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Prepare tenancy and property management documentation.
• Assist with RTB registrations and tenancy administration.
• Coordinate transfer of utilities where required.
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records for properties, tenants and landlords.
