Job summary

Blake Search Partners in Dublin is seeking an experienced Branch Manager/Associate Director to lead the Dublin City Centre branch. You will own performance, mentor a sales team, and guide the end-to-end process from appraisal to sale closure.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, a base salary of €50,000 with commission and a branch profit share plus pension, and the chance to influence growth across the network while delivering strong results for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in residential sales, with Dublin market networks.
• PSRA Licence (Category B & C) required.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• IT skills including Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch's performance, managing all aspects of residential property sales from appraisal through to sale completion.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of sales negotiators, setting targets and supporting their professional growth.
• Oversee the conveyancing process and manage relationships with all stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Conduct property valuations and maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of market trends to inform branch strategy.
• Drive new business development, identifying and pitching for opportunities to grow the branch's market share.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy for the branch, leveraging the company's online presence through compelling video and social media campaigns.
• Oversee residential lettings activity within the branch, ensuring a high level of service and commercial performance.
• Drive the growth of the branch's property management portfolio, identifying opportunities to win new business and advising clients on the services available.
• Monitor and report on branch performance, budgets and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Contribute to wider business strategy and play an active role in the continued growth of the company's Dublin operation.

An exciting opportunity to join a boutique estate agency in Dublin. Our client is renowned for its expertise in Dublin's residential and investment markets, with over 30 years' experience in the property industry.

The company is currently expanding and has recently opened its second branch in Dublin City Centre. They also have offices in Limerick, Galway and Athlone and employ over 90 people across these locations.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to take on a leadership role, managing the day-to-day running of the Dublin City Centre branch. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to their team, using their expert knowledge and leadership skills to drive branch performance and deliver successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

Notably, this role comes with a profit share on the branch's performance which is rare in residential sales roles. They offer the successful candidate a genuine stake in the growth and success they're helping to build.

• Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven approach and the confidence to take ownership of branch performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
