Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is looking for a friendly Leisure Club Attendant to welcome members and respond to inquiries. You will help run the club smoothly during opening hours, support marketing and upselling efforts, and perform general cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of presentation.

The role requires pool lifeguard and First Aid certifications, plus an NCEF qualification or equivalent. Dalata promotes from within and offers development opportunities through the Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Pool lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
• NCEF qualification or the equivalent is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for club members and respond to queries in person, by phone or email.
• Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
• Assist the Club Manager with marketing and upselling of the club.
• Carry out general cleaning duties as required.
• Administer membership enquiries and complete sales with customers.
