Zusammenfassung

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Leisure Club Attendant to join our team in Ireland. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy to learn essential skills and meet experienced colleagues who can support your growth.

Reporting to the Club Vitae Manager/Supervisor, you will help provide a safe and efficient environment for club members during opening hours while supporting marketing and membership services. A path for internal progression is encouraged for hardworking team members.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
• NCEF qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and progress in your career.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for members, dealing with queries in person, by phone or email.
• Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
• Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling of the club.
• Carry out general cleaning duties.
• Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer.
