Zusammenfassung

Dalata Hotel Group is hiring a Leisure Club Attendant to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for club members, ensure smooth operation during opening hours, and support the Club Vitae Manager in marketing and upselling the club.

This role requires fluent English, strong communication, flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends, and essential lifeguard certification and First Aid. Training is provided through the Dalata Academy to help you grow within the business.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Pool lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
• NCEF qualification or equivalent is essential.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email
• Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours
• Assist the Club Manager in the marketing/upselling of the club
• Carry out general cleaning duties
• Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer
